Former Ambitiouz Entertainment artist, Malome Vector has reportedly died along with two other artists in a car accident in the Free State.
Sources close to the stars told the publication they were reportedly involved in a fatal car accident while on their way to Lesotho to shoot a music video. They died on the scene.
“Three males died, a female sustained a moderate to serious injury and a male sustained a serious but salvageable injury. The bodies are at Kroonstad police station waiting for confirmation,” a source said.
Another source said: “I heard about it now, it’s heartbreaking, three people died.”
Malome Vector’s manager Kagiso was evasive when asked to confirm the report but was heard confirming the news in a voice note shared with the publication reported to be from him.
A statement from the Free State Department of Health confirmed three people were killed in a fatal accident on the N1 in the Free State when a car transporting musicians collided with a heavier vehicle near the Koppies turn-off on Wednesday afternoon.
“Their managers have been informed and have attended to the scene and the hospital to get full details of what happened and who was involved so that the next of kin can be decently informed,” Free State health spokesperson Mondli Mvambi said.
