Ultimate vegan breakfast wrap


Packed with black beans and avocado, this quick and easy vegan breakfast wrap will fuel you for the day ahead.


* 125g can black beans, rinsed, drained
* Pinch of dried chilli flakes
* 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
* 40g whole grain wrap
* 20g baby spinach
* 1 roma tomato, sliced
* 1/4 avocado, sliced
* 2 tbsp fresh basil leaves
* Lemon wedge, to serve


Step 1

Coarsely mash the beans in a bowl. Stir in chilli and juice. Season.

Step 2

Spread bean mixture overwrap. Top with spinach, tomato, avocado and basil. Serve with a lemon wedge.
