DJ Zinhle urges Mzansi to support AKA’s hustle

DJ Zinhle is set on living a drama free life as she has welcomed her second baby girl, Asante, to the world. The working mom and successful entrepreneur could not have time for drama even if she wanted to, which is why she chose not to entertain such on social media.

DJ Zinhle is the CEO of an international sparkling wine beverage called Boulevard Nectar Rosè. Her baby daddy and ex-boyfriend AKA is also in the alcohol business as he had partnered with Cruz Vodka and their latest addition to their collection is Banana Deluxe.

When entertainment commentator Phil Mphela took to Twitter to ask his follower’s opinions on which parent to support between Kairo’s mother or her father, Zinhle encouraged him to support them both.

Tweeps made hilarious suggestions as to how Kairo would also score herself some cash, if she comes up with her own cordial so fans can mix it with AKA’s vodka spirit. She talked about how people just assume that AKA still plays a role in her life or has some sort of influence when she says he does not. Speaking to the camera’s, DJ Zinhle said she is tired of people thinking her life has a huge Kiernan Forbes factor.

She also spoke at length about this with her friend Moozlie, after the blunder which took place at Anele’s memorial – where her picture appeared on the slide show. An emotional and pregnant Zinhle got frustrated and almost broke down in tears saying how social media users are dragging her into Anele’s death whereas they should be paying tribute to the young woman who lost her life.

“This is something that is happening in Kiernan’s life but because Kiernan and I have a child together, it ends up affecting me. Kiernan has lost someone he loves and now people are making it about me,” said Zinhle.

Moozlie then said because they have a baby, this will continue to happen, and there is probably nothing she can do about it. “Kiernan can’t do anything without you being involved,” said the rapper. Then Zinhle responded to Moozlie and said, “In my view right now, there are people that are going through worse with the situation… but it’s just also a bit tough when the comments are so cruel.

Speaking to the camera, Zinhle said, “The thing about my life is a lot of things happen on social media and they’ve got nothing to do with me most of the time.

“They just end up affecting me in some way, and I’ve learned not to care about it but this is also an emotional time in my life as I am pregnant,” she continued.
