Rolling blackouts will be reduced by December: Minister Kgosientsho Ramokgopa

Electricity Minister Kgosientsho Ramokgopa says rolling blackouts will be reduced this December. Ramokgopa says generation capacity is expected to exceed demand but we are not out of the woods yet. He was speaking at the ANC NEC meeting in Boksburg on Saturday.

“I am quite confident that we are going to see a significant amount of reduced intensity of load-shedding and in fact, it is going to be very common going into December that we are going to have days without load shedding.
