Tom Moyane will get his chance to cross-examine Public Enterprises Minister Pravin Gordhan.
The state capture inquiry has given the former SARS Commissioner permission to question the minister on Monday.
Moyane’s legal team has confirmed he has been given permission after being denied last year.
But Deputy Chief Justice Raymond Zondo says only a limited amount of time will be provided for the interrogation.
The focus of the questioning has not been revealed.
