Six men accused of killing whistle-blower Babita Deokaran are expected to return to court on Thursday.
The suspects last appeared in December when the case was postponed for further investigation.
They were all denied bail and remain in custody.
The slain Gauteng Health Chief Financial Officer was a witness in a PPE corruption case.
She was shot and killed outside her home in August in what is believed to have been a hit.
